Arrived at 4:09 pm saturday to see one person waiting and two people cutting hair. Told "we are sorry but we aren't accepting anymore haircuts today but we will be back tomorrow". My cut takes about 10 to 15 minutes max as it's pretty much a crew cut. I said that's OK I won't be back and went down the street to Great clips who had 4 people ahead of me and took me in with a smile AND a lower price. My son has had trouble with haircuts ever since he was 1 years old. We have went through 4 hair salons all specializing in toddlers haircuts from concord to Sacramento. Last minute, we decided he needed a haircut because it was hot and his hair was bothering him. We booked a same day appointment online with Sports Clips Haircuts and got in 20 mins later. Stylist was rough and did a horrible cut. Go me shirt soaking wet when she washed my hair. I have a small cut behind me ear she was rough it was very obnoxious. I won’t be coming back.
