I used to love this place, but lately every time I go there the wait gets longer. I went in on my day off – Wednesday at ~10 o'clock, thinking I probably wouldn't have to wait very long. There were two customers ahead of me and two stylists. Half an hour later I was still sitting there. I hated walking out of that point, but I hate getting a haircut from someone I'm already irritated with even more, so I just left. Sport clips: if you're not going to take appointments, you just have to do better than that.
My son is a brain injured special needs little guy...he has HUGE sensory issues and could never tolerate a haircut, until I brought him into your shop. Now, he LOVES getting a haircut. The hot towel for his sensory and subdued lighting while getting a shampoo calms him down so much!! Your girls ALWAYS take their time with his needs. Thank you!!!
