This was the worst place you can take your child to,I took my 3y old son for a haircut twice to that store the first time she scratched him and there was blood she offered a free haircut but I didn’t accept it since my son was crying and moving his head I just thought it was my sons fault so I paid and tipped her,the second visit which was 5 days i waited like 40 mnts and when it was my turn both lady’s working there looked at me and my son in a weird way and start talking in. AWFUL. Came in with a video of desired hair and showed Krystal and instructed her on how I wanted it a bit different and she seemed to understand. Clearly she didn't know what she was doing and just hacked away 7 inches of hair. Definitely NEVER coming back. Never had a haircut so botched in my life.
Amazing new team!! My sons and my husband LOVE the MVP, haircut, steam towel, scalp therapy massage and neck and shoulder massage. Great prices$.
I take my 11 year old there. He loves it, and I'm as jealous as it gets. He gets massages, the hot towel treatment that I thought was only for guys getting a shave. My son sits there in total bliss! The girls at the El Toro location are all fabulous, super friendly, polite, attentive... highly recommend!!!!
The only thing worse than my haircut was her attitude. Extremely rude. I asked before I sat down if she was able to give a medium skin fade or mid skin fade. I now have a clump of hair at the very top of my head and am on my way to another shop to fix this disaster. I wouldn't even care if it was just the bad haircut but the piss poor attitude was incredibly unprofessional. She was getting mad that I wanted MY hair cut a certain way. Avoid this place at all costs. I'll be sure to spread the word on how terrible they are here... read more
