Lazy! The person I got went as fast as they possibly could and jacked my hair all up will never go back again.
We got there less than 30 minutes before closing, all chairs were full, and they still welcomed us in and stayed late to cut Aidan's hair. Stylist had never cut him before, but she had all of his data in system about his preferences. Cut his hair quick and very well. Nice people - always courteous.
Always the best experience! The staff is friendly and gets to know you as a valuable client. And my stylist Julie is fantastic!
This is the only place I will take my grandson to. I love all the girls in here and they do a great job every time. Sometimes there may be a wait but it is worth it. There wash is the best around, he must get that extra every time.
The dumb bitch messed my hair up cause sh had sausage fingers
They never have enough staff working. Every time I'm in there is at least a 45 minute wait. This is why I stopped coming here thought I could give them another try since it has been almost a year and still the same.
It's very slow. When there is a line of people there's no urgency with the staff. They never seem to have enough staff. Always takes at least an hour.
