Carol is one of the only reasons why me and my son keep coming back for our haircuts. She does a great job is personable and makes sure the final product is how we want it before leaving. As long as Carol is there we will keep coming back!

While we were out of town, I needed a haircut and decided to stop in for a cut. Brittany did an outstanding job. Her attention to detail was incredible, and she made sure throughout the entire haircut that everything was done perfectly. She took her time, listened to what I wanted, and delivered one of the best haircuts I've ever had. I also want to give a special shoutout to the assistant manager who helped with my beard trim. Do not go to this location on Stringtown Rd . I’ve given this location 3 tries and have never had any issues at other locations. I have walked out all three times from lack of respect for my time and others. I’ve shown up for my time slot on time and without fail I will sit there for 45min-1.5 hour waiting. The girls will walk away, go to the store nearby and chat. I would not waste your time at this location, try another if your time is valuable.

If I was rating them off Carol my stylist they would have 5 stars. She is amazing and always makes sure I as am happy with how I look and feel before I head out. 4 stars because they seem to have staffing issues and don't always adhere to their posted schedule.
