I can't believe this just happened...I took my car to Sport Chevrolet to be serviced for a passenger door issue. The door would not unlock via the remote. I would have to go into my car on the driver's side that did open via remote to let my wife or son into the front seat. The estimated maintenance price listed on the website is very different from the actual price you will pay. I checked in for a tire rotation and was asked to sign for $24.95. I agreed and waited. After the service was completed, I was told to sign for $59.95 instead. They said EV vehicles require special tools. This was never explained before the work started. I’ve been to many Chevy dealers for service, by far this is the worst location. I arrived on time for my appointment for first oil change on a truck I purchased at this location back in June, I was told my assigned service rep who was supposed to check me in was late, and you’re telling no one else is able to check me in? This review is written on behalf of Manuel Melgar. I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Sports Chevrolet Service. My vehicle was at the dealer for nearly two months due to an engine failure, and the service I received throughout the entire process was completely unacceptable.
