Yes, I did have a problem with the service department. There was a dent on my passenger side front door and the service department refused to take responsibility for the damage. However, the owner of the dealership, Gibbs Fogarty made every effort possible to resolve my issue. I decided to take care of the problem myself, but I give the owner kudo's for calling me quite a few times to resolve the issue. Our schedules just never matched up. I thank Gibbs Fogarty for his efforts.
I can't believe this just happened...I took my car to Sport Chevrolet to be serviced for a passenger door issue. The door would not unlock via the remote. I would have to go into my car on the driver's side that did open via remote to let my wife or son into the front seat. Upon arrival at the service center, I was greeted by a very rude lady telling me (with very unfriendly body language) that my car will not be serviced today. The estimated maintenance price listed on the website is very different from the actual price you will pay. I checked in for a tire rotation and was asked to sign for $24.95. I agreed and waited. After the service was completed, I was told to sign for $59.95 instead. They said EV vehicles require special tools. This was never explained before the work started. I’ve been to many Chevy dealers for service, by far this is the worst location. I arrived on time for my appointment for first oil change on a truck I purchased at this location back in June, I was told my assigned service rep who was supposed to check me in was late, and you’re telling no one else is able to check me in? I was the only one waiting for 30 mins for someone to check me in, I can’t imagine how much valuable time I’d loose getting a simple oil change, I felt like I was not treated Equally, at that point I just l... read more
