My vehicle was at the dealer for nearly two months due to an engine failure, and the service I received throughout the entire process was completely unacceptable. My charger for my Chevy bolt wasn’t working so I took it in. I didn’t hear back from three days and then when they finally called, they asked if I was using a Tesla charger because the car charged (?) I had to reiterate that the issue was not the vat but the charger itself and I brought the charger in with the car. A week went by and I heard nothing. I called the service department about 15 times. Good morning, So I purchased a brand new 2025 Chevy Tahoe my tire blew out. Which the vehicle would be under warranty. It’s only 2 service advisor so I go to the very first advisor which is Paul Kress the assistant service manager. Did even acknowledge me after standing at his desk.
