Purchased a brand new 2025 Chevy Trax LT, today. Melvin Hall is the man to see. Matter of fact,this my third purchase with him as my salesman. I trust him he's very thorough and doesn't stop working on the deal until you are driving away. 5 star every time.
I just recently purchased a vehicle from Martin Chevrolet. I reqeusted Joe Stob, from which I leased a vehicle with him in 2025. I spoke with him of my desire to upgrade my vehicle to something a little bigger. I chose the 2026 Equinox. Joe provided me with his advice and expertice on the vehicle which made my entire experience more desirable. He was extremely grateful that I came in and asked for him, again. Unbelievable, incredible, and astounding are the words I choose to use in this review. The 5-star rating is for the levels of dishonesty, greed, and sexism they (Coast Chevy) exhibited, which they earned by leaps and bounds with not an ounce of shame or remorse at all of their behavior. I do not recommend, and would have a huge sign & protesting them every day, right on highway 90 for the biggest effect on their sales, if I could be there to do so. I still might when I go to visit. Jeffery Laurito was my salesperson. He was very professional, knowledgeable and patient when I purchased my new vehicle. I drove the same Equinox 3 times. Each time I drove the vehicle it needed to be driven out of the showroom! I will recommend Jeffery and Stevenson Chevrolet to my friends when they are looking for a new vehicle.
...they could do for us because they were just trying not to lose a ton of money. We gave a $6,000 downpayment that was just pocketed by Prince & financed $29,800. We were told they absolutely could not offer us any more than $25,000 for a trade in. We went back & forth for a couple of hours & then they could offer us $28,000. Which we did appreciate & was very nice, but still did not seem right. A truck we bought 62 days ago at this point & out of those 62 days the truck was in Prince posession being worked on for 37 days. ... read more

We bought a truck on June 7th. We drove it home &cranked it the next morning to find a maintenance light was on. We took the truck back to Prince first thing Monday morning. We were dismissed by the service department. Told the truck was fine. It was pulling a code but they stated that it was probably from it sitting on the lot.... Less than 2 weeks later the light came back on. We took the truck back in. They stated the injections needed to be replaced, and the light for the timing belt was on. The offered to half the cost... read more
