SRHH is our preferred provider for home health services to those persons we serve. From the beginning of the referral process and intake, the team makes it seamless. Maintaining communication to our clinic whether for insurance and visits which allows us to provide timely updates to family. Responsiveness to requests is key. The shared care coordination and positive outcomes for our homebound persons is exceptional. We will continue to recommend and refer Solvera Health patients to SRHH.
This home health care provider was initially our loved one's preferred choice after a hospital stay. The first experience with their services was positive, prompting us to trust them again after a subsequent hospitalization. However, our second encounter turned into a NIGHTMARE. Following our loved one's return from the hospital , a nurse was scheduled to visit the next day. Great place to work
I used Spoon River for my mom so I could work and my mom couldn't be alone. I was never afraid to leave and it was a god send!!! Susie is ALWAYS there to answer questions because she really cares about people. You can tell she is passionate about what she does. They made sure she was washed, made meals, did laundry and light housekeeping. I would (and have) recommend them!!!
