SRHH is our preferred provider for home health services to those persons we serve. From the beginning of the referral process and intake, the team makes it seamless. Maintaining communication to our clinic whether for insurance and visits which allows us to provide timely updates to family. Responsiveness to requests is key. The shared care coordination and positive outcomes for our homebound persons is exceptional. We will continue to recommend and refer Solvera Health patients to SRHH.
This home health care provider was initially our loved one's preferred choice after a hospital stay. The first experience with their services was positive, prompting us to trust them again after a subsequent hospitalization. However, our second encounter turned into a NIGHTMARE. Following our loved one's return from the hospital , a nurse was scheduled to visit the next day.
