This is the second incident with them .A 2016 Nissan they cracked windshield then try to hide with sticker try to say it was there but.... I know for sure it was not I had just removed old sticker when I arrived at Spounge bros and No Crack! Called immediately told me come in will look at it ... one lied and the next guy swore to it . three guys in all I was even told it was there then why is it not noted bad business . After an oil change, they forgot to tighten the cap. Therefore the engine blew. The business did not want to be held responsible and only offered us a small amount. We are not the first costumer to have this happen. Stay far away from this place!!
Well I must say that ever time I have been there always gotten well taken care of. Ernie has ways been very kind polite explains and is one of few honest car places I have trust and faith in up till today. We all have bad days and we all are humans so I feel if someone or even myself have a bad experience once that doesnt mean that, how the patten of work is now if that happens many times or even all the time then yes I would not go there. For the third time, I'll try wash my car, and we pay for a platinum wash, but I receive again a basic wash! So we pay 30$ for basic wash because the guys don't clean the car inside, don't clean the rims, tires, Windows, and don't put the air fraishenair! I don't came back no more!!
Sponge Brothers Car Was are the best. Ernie is the best. He not only help me with fixing my car, but also explained to me everything so I understood. He is not just the mechanic but he cares. Geisha is Beautiful and excellent to each and ever customer. I recommend the place to everyone.
