This is the second time I have received horrible service at sponge brothers! I came in on a Friday afternoon with only two car wash personnel available. After waiting 30 mins for my vehicle to be complete, my car was completely unsatisfactory! Once I bought my concerns to the attention of the staff, I was met with attitude as if I wronged them as a customer! Never again!
I came in for a full-service car wash at the recommendation of my father. An employee by the name of Mario took care of us and they did an amazing job with my incredibly dirty car after 2 long road trips. While cleaning the interior of my car, Mario found a ring that was incredibly important to me and had been missing for a few months. So grateful to him for finding my ring on top of the team doing a great job with my car!
First time there. Good job washing and wiping down. It took a little more time than I expected. I was the only one in line and my car came out after 3 ones. I don’t know where they came from!!!! Wait was about 25 minutes But I’ll go back
I had an excellent experience with this company. They were very courteous, took care of my car wash and detailed my SUV. I was very pleased with everything. I highly recommend Sponge Brothers.
Unprofessional staff, I went in for a oil change and they told me I needed brakes, but that same mechanic didn’t realize he already changed my break pads a few weeks before. They are untrustworthy, the prices are a lot more expensive. While I was waiting I heard a male worker degrade a female employee that was in the front. I was embarrassed for the poor girl.
