They damaged my car, and I filed an incident report with them, and they have never responded. I called to check the status and John Flores, the "manager", has never called me back. I used to bring my car there because they did a great wax. Now, I will NEVER bring my car their again because they will damage your vehicle and tell you it was not their fault. Avoid like this place unless you like scratches all over your car.

John, I’m sorry our manager, John Flores, did not get back to you in a timely manner. John did review our cameras and could not find any flaws with either the car wash or your detail service. However, he was not able to convey that to you. The scratches that you thought that we created on the hood are all straight lines. We do not do anything with straight lines. I was very impressed with the amazing job Rachel did on the interior and exterior of my car.. It looks immaculate and smells like brand new. Marty was very nice and very helpful. I recommend Sponge Brother's. Thanks for making my car like new😊

I Paid over $200 for a “prestige interior detailing” - not only does the carpet still smell - they did nothing but vacuum and maybe shampoo them. There’s still dust all over the dash, steering wheel, door panels etc, spotting on the seats, finger prints all over the radio. EXTREMELY poor quality service - this place is a joke - way below your average car wash and not a detail shop .. Never will my fleet be here again.. Went for oil change. Told 15 minutes, no problem. Guy from car wash sees a lady pull up takes her car drives it in without checking with front desk manager. I ask what’s going on get told his mistake. Tired of the mistakes that keep happening at this place. Bad washes with oil rags on the glass, wrong oil put in the vehicle . Never again
