The best Italian food we ever tasted it
The food presented bore no resemblance to the pictures of the food on the menu. The ravioli reminded me of Chef Boyardee canned food that I ate as a child. The salad was mostly wilted, brown lettuce. The restaurant itself has a very cold and uncomfortable atmosphere.
We ate at the Winter Park location tonight and it was extremely poor service. The manager was rude and made several snarky comments to one in our group. The food was fairly good but I understand why the restaurant was completely empty. No returning customers because the staff and manager are running them off. Need to rethink your training program to include people skills. There are numerous reviews before this one of the same nature.
Recommend you don't get the salmon risotto. I'm not entirely sure how this makes their "signature dish" list, but it is literally reheated risotto pasta and salmon (like lox salmon), warmed up. no sauce, no toppers (in spite what it says on the menu), no flavor. Oh and the green herbs in the picture, I added those.
I do not understand, it is a different price for the same order every time I come , one day I paid $8 and the other day I had to pay $12 for the same food . Plus the service was bad

I had the opportunity last week to experience Spoleto for the first time, both dining in and catering for a family gathering. The atmosphere is terrific. The service personnel are friendly, and the food is consistently creative, fresh and delicious. I hope to get back to Spoleto as often as I can.
