Every time I visit the Winter Park location I am reminded why I come back. The food is just superb for a fast-casual Italian restaurant. I recommend Spoleto to all of my friends and family. Keep up the great work!
They put way too much dressing on the salad, it's inedible. The quality and amount of ingredients has declined substantially since opening. They also do not following basic food preparation guidelines to avoid cross contamination. Great concept, but poorly executed. It's a shame because when they opened, it was fantastic.
So this is specifically for the Windermere location. I have been here about 4or 5 times in the last few months and in every instance I have had the most amazing experience! Every team member is top notch and so friendly. There is one that calls you "my love" and I adore it! Some people may think it's condescending but it makes it feel like family is cooking. Seriously great people and the food is awesome!! Spoleto is one of those places that changes the way you think about pasta places. GO!
We visited your Windermere location for the first time tonight. Can't say I will be back. The food tasted ok but when the kid's meal flatbread is the same size as a full priced adult size flatbread there is a problem. Then the quantity of toppings you provide is tiny. I watched them put 3 small strips of chicken on the flat bread in front of me. I asked for ham and maybe as eight tiny cubes of ham on my entire flatbread.
