My family and I love Spoleto. It is fresh and you can choose the ingredients you want. Love it!
Loveeeeeeeeeedddddd ittttttt mine and my dads 1st time and it was great
The concept is great.....but they use an outrageous amount of sodium! WAY too much! And the preparation process took longer than it should with lots of confusion with the staff and customers. It was almost like a classic case of "Who's on First"! Hopefully time (and reduction of salt) will improve!
Amazing food and great staff! We are already regulars! Robert and Matt are two of the staff members that have stood out and have gone above and beyond each time we have gone in to eat!!!
We went to dinner here tonight. I would definitely recommend to friends! We were greeted at the door with an explanation on how everything worked and how to order. It was nice to be able to build pasta with fresh ingredients. The restaurant is clean and staff was very friendly. John was exceptionally welcoming. He came by after we were done eating to make sure we enjoyed the food- clearly it was good, it was all gone! We told him we were debating on trying the Nutella flatbread.
