The staff and Dr. Shumway are always super friendly and kind . I would recommend this dental office to everyone.
I have been beyond pleased with every visit I have had with this office. I am always greeted with warmth and by name. Dr. Shumway is kind, gentle and very professional. I had several fillings to replace and arranged for oral sedation and an extended appointment last week. It couldn't have gone any better. I have always had terrible anxiety and had pretty traumatic experiences with dentists as a child, I can say I no longer have any anxiety or concerns, I feel safe and comfortable at this office. Highly recommend.

I just got a filling done here for the first time today. Dr. Shumway and the dental assistant were so nice and calming. I have been afraid of dental work all my life and this experience was not at all unpleasant. They told me they were going to take good care of me and they did. I highly recommend Spokane Smiles!
