When I went in to see Dr. Shumway one of his staff members called me incorrectly I ended up with $3000 in fees that I needed to pay out-of-pocket That I did not learn until several surgeries later and it was too late that I absolutely could not afford. I had already spent several thousand dollars. When I brought this to his attention he told me that the employee no longer worked for him. This truly is of the best dentists in Spokane. Dr. Shumway and his amazing staff truly put your mind to ease. whether you are in for minor cleaning, or a root canal, the number one concern is your comfort.
I don't enjoy going to the dentist at all. Cleanings are the worst for me. Today, I had my teeth cleaned, and I honestly have to say, I was very comfortable and felt very well taken care of. Everyone is so nice here!! Highly recommend!!!100%
