Support staff This clinic is great because it has really good caring doctors and staff and they will work with you on the costs. The problem is, it is almost impossible to get an appointment. I've had trouble getting one for a month of calling. The nurses sometimes mix up my prescriptions and I haven't been able to get them on time because of this. I like the doctors and the dentists. very concerned !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I too agree !!!! with jeff ... i have a brother that has epilepsey with chronich nerve pain . and after haven seziers he indures severe pain all over his body and cant move . tell me why they refuse to help with pain medicine ? is because of his color idk ??? or maybe this clinic doctors and nurses dont care at all about thier patients. they just push threw to the next. so they get paid!!!
More on Jackie the nurse practitioner. I too, had a terrible experience with Jackie. In late 2008 she lectured me about not getting a procedure done (I have an extreme phobia of needles) - and then proceeded to call my phobia a "lifestyle choice." What an idiot! She also gave me incorrect information about medications. She was rude, and I will not go back to see her. To be fair, I had seen her once the previous year and while terse during that visit, she was professional at that time.
Dawn P I absolutely love this clinic. I first heard of this clinic 5 year ago when I had no insurance. They helped me apply for Basic Health and for my dental services I was given the discount. I was on Basic Health for about 1 year until my employer provided insurance. I know that I can go to any private practice but i choose to continue to go to Spokane Falls Family clinic. It is a great place for children and adults.
Jackie Jeff I agree with you about Jackie the nurse. She treats patients with utter contempt and does not inform them about changes in treatment. She does not like the elderly at all and has even went as far as telling my grand mother "You are old and don't deserve any kind of pain relief."
