my opinion i have been a patient of the clinic for years and until just recently have been thrilled with the care and service that i reieved as my last dr moved to private practice i was assigned a new one to my dissmay the replacement they gave me was nowhere near as compassionate or willing to listen to anything i had to say she has been condecending and judgemental and i feel as a peson very unplesant to deal with . i am sorely disappointed as up til now i have had exceptional service with this clinic i do not hold the cl... read more
no treatment for smokers; but good at femal exams I've seen Jackie for about 5 yeras and have always had great service..... Until last fall. I had a severe cough that would not go away after having a cold. Jackie would not provide antibiotics because i am a smoker. She despises smokers and will not teat for coughs if you smoke. She stated my lungs just have to work extra hard to get the mucus out and that I will need to deal with it. Jackie is however, great at conducting femal exams. Jackie needs to find a new line of work I was into the Spokane family clinic with my wife she looked to me to help her with a question that Jackie asked her when I told her?. Jackie said is this your appointment or hers in other words shut up and F*** off That was my first time meeting her
she refuses to heal Either Jackie or yakima valley farm workers clinic recieve bonuses to deny heath care. Medicare refuses to pay an appropriate amount for office visits, treatment, or procedures. Therefore in order to get paid a decent wage these doctors refuse medical care in order to keep costs low for the insurance provider, in turn the doctors and clinic get a bonus from medicare. Im not sure what other insurance providers pay these bonuses but my research has shown that medicare is definatly one that does. My advice i... read more
Jackie is a very good ARNP I have had no problems with Jackie I think she does a awesome job. I have never had a problem getting an appointment, in fact they have been the same day usually. I have been very educated in diabetes from Jackie and all questions have been answered with the utmost care.
Not just for low income! Great docs and staff There is a misperception in the community that this clinic only services low income families which is unfair. Docs and staff here are great -- very friendly and helpful and wait times are next to nil which is virtually unheard of in a medical office.
hidden value This clinic is so great. They have a sliding scale fee so anyone can go here. They call in prescriptions for you and give you notes for your job. This is A great Spokane secret
Jackie th Nurse Practitioner Yes, I have to agree with all of you about Jackie the ARNP. I had seen her for a bad virus, and in order to go back to work, I needed a return to work slip. I asked her for this, she did not get to me. I had gotten better, called the office several times, while in the meantime sitting at homeready to return to work, but could not because my employers insisted I needed this slip. Jackie the nurse practioner If you are a male don't see jackie she is a shovinest and she'll not give you proper treatment I think she just likes to see men suffer and now she has started to interfer with me and my wifes personal life and relationship (way of life) that is unnessesary! mind your own buisness!!! what happened to patient doctor trust!!! oooh! shes not a doctor.
