Horrible service. My girlfriend and I waited for 6 hours. 11pm to past 5am. Workers gossiped about other employees and patients instead of doing their job. I even heard one of the nurses say they weren't cleaning the rooms in the back before bringing new people in. Doctors and nurses at this facility have ZERO care for their patients. I would never go back even if I was dying. If you have a medical injury, find ANYWHERE else but this hospital!

They are always amazing to me. I had my son yesterday on my birthday, they helped me work through everything and listened to me when I said stuff. My son was born sick and they immediately jumped into action taking him up to the NICU to get him feeling better. They have continued to reassure me and explain everything over and over.

Sacred Heart Children's Hospital has a monumental mission serving our community, region, and beyond. The hospital, physicians, and staff have served our family with excellent care. This institution has provided extensive life saving medical care and given our family a quality of life which was not expected when introduced to the need for medical care over 14 years ago.
