Unfortunately, I did not receive an opportunity to give a positive review. I booked an appointment for 6 pm on Tuesday. The morning of my appointment I received a text saying that there would not be a stylist available to see me at the time of my appointment- this was blamed on their booking service; however, this is the booking service that Spoiled Rotten selected. My experience here was GREATTTTTT.... The customer service was WONDERFUL... and the shop is CLEAN!!!!! What I admired most is the team work and the ladies personalities. I highly recommend and I will be back.
