RecommendedTried out this salon for the first time today with my 3.5 year old and we'll definitely be returning! While you DO have to have an appointment, they were able to fit us in in an hour from the time I called. The salon was clean and all the staff friendly. And RAVE to Fabiola!! I didn't really know what style I wanted, just gave her a very broad description and told her to do her thing. Before I say anything I want to say that the front desk staff was friendly and sweet! The salon was very cute and kid friendly. I thought this would be somewhere I would take my child for every haircut but boy was I wrong. I’m not someone who usually complains... I’m also not hard to please...with that being said I took my son into the salon for a haircut and I have never in my life had an experience like this. I am so sorry you felt like this yesterday. I’ve went back and reviewed who your stylists was and I have to say I’m pretty surprised. She’s is our most seasoned and highly recommended stylists. I do know masks make things difficult to interpret right now (esp with children who are already frightened and make it harder to read people’s true expressions) but still am sorry myou felt this way. RecommendedI brought my 10 month old in to get her ears pierced. The ladies did such a wonderful job! They were super great and patient with her. They took their time and made sure the alignment was even. They pierced her at the same time. Everything was clean and in order. They were helpful and informative on jewelry selection. RecommendedThis is a place I took my now 10 year old for his very first cut just after his first birthday! He has always been a high needs child and they handled him beautifully.
The lady who cut my sons hair was not friendly at all. It’s a kid salon so I’m not sure why they wouldn’t hire super friendly people. She barely spoke to us. My sons bangs are completely uneven so I’ll have to go somewhere else to have them fixed. It was his first haircut and I drove over an hour. Very disappointed.
