I have been going to Splitting Hairs Salon for several years. I went there because of Carrie Elkins who is the best stylist I have ever gone to. Not only is she a great stylist but she is very efficient and organized. I live three hours from Louisville and always try to schedule my appointments when I will be in town. However, there have been a few times I drove the distance just for Carrie to do my hair. She is just the best.

I love Splitting Hairs Salon, in particular my stylist ky li. He is the best stylist I’ve ever been to and he has a beautiful personality to boot! It is a pleasure every time I get to see him.
I wish I could give more than five stars to Carrie and Splitting Hairs Salon! Whether you bring in a picture of a cut and color or describe what you want, Carrie's work is always exceptional. She is extremely devoted to her clients and really listens and works with you to give you the best Salon experience imaginable. The renovation has created an open, inviting atmosphere and I'm always happy to see everyone's smiling faces!

RecommendedI love having a mom that is a hairdresser! I have some crazy hair so she brings home a new product for me to try just about every week! I’ve sent so many of my friends to Carrie and everyone always leaves pleased and happy with their hair! I also love the new salon, it looks so cute and advanced! The new washing stations are so nice, I had my appendix removed this week so it makes daily processes much harder so it was nice to be able to get my hair washed at the salon!
Just want to say Carrie Elkins is so caring and helpful! When it comes to my hair, not much you can do but she always gives me tips and encourages me to not give up. Splitting Hairs is a very friendly place to get your hair done! Always offering something to drink and welcoming smiles.
Always trust Carrie to do a excellent haircut. My gray hair is thin and has a mind of its own but she give it a perfect cut. Happy with the results every time.
