Super Salon Great place period. I will put it simple, great looking woman, very clean and comfortable atmosphere, great haircut and great prices. I would recommend them to anyone. The place is full of energy and enjoyable to go to and since Ive been a New Lenox resident so long I have tried the rest and Split Enz is the best. My wife and children also go and they to love it. Its nice to have a wonderfull business so close to home, Thank you Split Enz
There are Good and Bad I have been to that salon a bunch. There are some good stylist and there are some bad ones. I wish I knew the names of the bad stylist to warn you but I don't. I think you get that with any salon though :)
split enz is FANTASTICO! Oh no, we got some haters on this page!!!! i have been going to this salon since the day it opened!!! and i take my ENTIRE FAMILY grandma aunts uncles and GREAT GRANDMA!!!! they have been so incredible, and i feel like im at home here, i dont want to feel like im in L.A getting pampered for a thousand dollars, or I'd freakin move there!!! i love feeling like im in a laid bad fun, hysterical salon and leaving with a hot haircut and good laughs!
Im shocked to see some of the other reviews I find it amazing that anyone can say anything bad about the owner Lori, not only has she been nothing but one of the "best" stylists around. She has over 18 years of experience and has a large following clientel that adore her. She is also a very giving person in the community thru the salon. She is well known in the community for sponsoring many of the youth athletic programs and special benefits for those in need. LOVE IT!!!!! I have finally found the BEST stylist and salon and at a reasonable price! Polly is awesome! She knows the styles and is really quick! I don't like to spend the whole day in the salon! I have recommended her to everyone I know. I have never had more compliments on my hair and highlights and I used to pay WAY more at other salons!
Hate this salon..... they need to close. I tried this salon after I recieved a gift certificate from my boyfriend's mom. I was so rushed and ignored I wanted to leave with foils in my hair. Maybe if clients weren't ignored than maybe the hairdressers would get better tips. (Hint-hint) don't complain in front of clients about bad tips from customers. GET SOME TACT!
Love this place! I went there this weekend and told the hairstylist exactly what I wanted and she did it perfectly. The shampoo/condition and a hair cut were only $15!! I followed the owner, Lori, from another location because she is fast, efficient and affordable. She's been cutting and coloring my hair and sister's and friend's hair for years and we all love her. Amazing!! This place is amazing!! I can go there for anything. I can get my hair done, cut, colored, and then makeup applications, and much more. I go here at least twice a month and there is great service and I love the result. This place is worth it... completely.
Worth Every Penny! Where can you find affordable hair services with friendly faces? Split Enz Salon provides many of the most common services: haircuts, styles, coloring, waxing & perms. I brought my mother into the salon for a new cut and style and they were absolutely fantastic meeting her needs and mine as well!
