Going in we were so nervous in taking such a big step. We went with the assumption of being told to work on stuff and come back. To our surprise that was not the case. Splendor immediately got the ball rolling and got us into our dream home in less than a month from start to finish. She most definitely went above to make sure we were taken care of. She checked in on us often and still does even after the fact. Having her in this experience has been such a blessing and we couldn’t have worked with anyone better.

If I could give Splendor 10 stars I would! I used her on 5 transactions (yes ..I move a lot) and she has been by far the best agent I have used. She takes a personal interest in her clients (she didn't want me to buy a couple of houses that she knew I wouldn't be happy with) and goes above and beyond to make her clients happy. Very communicative throughout the entire process! No better agent in Utah than Splendor Sargent!
