Mimi ( Unprofessional) should get retired as she make appointments and forgot and cause others trouble. I made Facial appointment with her at 9:00 AM and went 8:55 AM early to make sure she doesn't have to wait. I waited her 1.50 Hours outside under Sun no food and place to sit, called her no response. She showed up at 10:15 AM to salon and said she forgot my appointment and can't do Facial now as she has other appointment and blamed me to remind her.
