Not happy about the add ons. I apparently needed extra product on my hair? Ok, even if I did shouldn't I have been asked or told it would be extra pricing too? I've had same exact thing done to my hair in other salons (Brazilian with highlights and a trim) and it didn't come out to $470. I've never had to have extra product. Keep the free coffee. Fyi, my hair is thick & down to mid breast area, always has been. It would have been half that somewhere else. Nothing special was done to warrant that. I won't be back.

Neala is absolutely incredible! I absolutely love my hair and I enjoyed our conversations and her patience as she took my hair from dark to light! I can’t stop raving about her! Thank you so much Neala I’ll definitely be back!

Maureen did an excellent job styling my hair. I have very thick, curly hair. I absolutely love my hair cut, she layered and thinned it out. It all lays just perfect, Looking forward to going back in the future for color and more new styles. Thank you Maureen.
