My highlights turned out horrible. Since they did not receive any of my messages in a certain time period they will not fix my hair. Which is pretty messed up when you have evidence of when one of the messages were sent to them, and it was in the time period of their policy. So, if they mess up your hair, don't expect them to help you fix it without a cost. They don't care about their customers. You are just a walking dollar sign to them.
When I first walked in I was greeted with an air of relaxed professionalism! I felt so comfortable in leaving decisions in their hands. Very talented hands they are too! I would go their more often but distance and now lack of hair preclude visiting as often now!
5 Stars Visited Splashes for the first time this week. Such a warm and welcoming staff and comfortable atmosphere. I received a beautiful cut from Maureen, who was extremely patient and listened to my list of questions and concerns (having come recently from a different salon, where I had a terrible experience). Looking forward to my next visit with Maureen at Splashes!

I was recommended to go this salon by my best friend and I absolutely love it, it such a friendly atmosphere and I had Neala(I hope I spelled that right) you are absolutely a rockstar for doing my hair and so far I love my process of going lighter and back to blonde for my wedding next year thank you for being patient with me and explaining everything and I already have my next appt for a second round of going lighter thank you, y’all are great!!
