Went in to look for a new kitchen sink. They have a good range of high quality products and we were lucky to pick one that was in stock. Madison was very helpful. We subsequently bought a shower faucet and shower tray.
Kaitlyn was extremely helpful while we were planning our bathroom renovation. We can't thank her enough for her patience and understanding.
Worst experience ever!!! Ordered a shower bar, got told it would be about 3 weeks. It came in 6 weeks later, went to pick it up, they sold it on us (theft). We had to order another one and that took another 2.5 weeks. Unfortunately the bar didn't work for our shower so went to return it and they said there would be a 25% restocking fee, if Moen would take it back. Say what? We will NEVER shop there again and will never recommend anyone else to shop there. One more reason to shop online, no customer service anyway! 😡
Chatted with Madison about a tub drain that needed a new seal, she was very helpful, and friendly. Found the exact part I needed, wasn’t a stock item. Found a replacement part under the Moen brand at at the Home Depot. Wasn’t able to do business with Splashes but found the experience positive. Thank you Madison Pete
