I went to Spasjes to source products for a kotchen and bathroom reno. At the start things went well but when it came to delivery and communication oncs I had paid for things the experience started to fall apart. Without going into details about the problems we had getting our order fullfilled, which included us having to chase them down to get the final missing pieces, all I can say is that I can't reccomend them to anyone. Not even to people I don't like. I don't plan on shopping there again.

Had to come in last minute while my plumber was working to get a new faucet as the one I purchased at a big box store was broken out of the box. Staff were super helpful and got me out of there in a jiffy to get back so plumber could finish the install. Turned out there was an issue with the faucet needing a part and staff were very helpful at problem solving a solution that would work out. Thank you!

The team was super helpful yesterday I ended up walking out with a Toto washlet and couldn’t be happier.

I don’t know what to say… I was sold a faucet that cannot be installed without an additional part. The part has to be ordered (4-6 weeks for delivery) and purchased for an additional $50+ This wasn’t advised when sold to me. Now I have a (mostly) installed faucet that is loose and either have to pay more to buy a tool to have it tightened or uninstall it and get another faucet. All these options cost money and time. I will add that I’ve already had THREE plumbers try and install it. Very disappointed.

It's rare and amazing to call a store, have a live person answer, and have them immediately help you with what you need. And send you a quote within hours. I love splashes
