I told them I would be impressed if they could get my stained leather seats clean. The manager assured me he would take care of it. I was not only impressed, but shocked. The truck looks better than new. Amazing people and fantastic service. Thank you so much.
Amazing customer service. I hadn't been here for a couple of years, and had forgotten what a great place this is. Yes, I came in while it was raining and they were actually closed, but the manager made sure I was taken care of.
I have had nothing but good experiences there but I am retired and don't have a problem with waiting now and then.
This is a GREAT location with terrible service... the wait times are HORRIBLE... you cannot get cash from your debit card to provide a tip to the hard working employees.... it looks like they are very busy moving cars and nothing gets accomplished.... given the time I wasted just waiting I will NOT be back
I like it I take my car there every other week and they did a good job.
I love Splashes.. They know their customers by name,very good staff,and I drive all the way from Missouri City to Pearland to have my oil changed!!!
My daughter took my car to Splashes Car Wash yesterday. While washing it. the ON STAR antennae broke off. Danny (The manager?) said they don't replace antennas and he would GLUE IT ON. GLUE IT ON! In addition, my daughter found "a piece of a windshield" in the car. It fortunately did not come off my car, though they argued that it did. I highly recommend that you NEVER GO TO SPLASHES!
