SPLAHES SUCKS This is the worst place I have ever had my Truck washed at. The manager along with coworkers bombard you and try to use coersion tactics to get you to agree to more expensive washes. On top of all that, the truck wasn't even cleaned properly, Beware of the manager as well. He let us know that he never makes a mistake!! On the flip side, the guys on the lube side were great even if the prices there are outrageous.
Messed up our car! Splashes offers oil changes, car inspections and car washes services After an oil change, they forgot to put the drip pan back on our vehicle...so bravely, the next oil change I took the vehicle back. Big Mistake. This time, they forgot to tighten something back and caused over $400 damage to the engine! After a fight, they did pay for it! They do, however, do a nice car wash, BUT never get your oil change there.
Awesome Job guys! These guys are awesome! I got my oil changes there and they did a great job, they even gave me a discount when I got a few extras done like the transmission flush and intake cleaner service done! And the car wash was amazing, my car has never been cleaner... EVER! I definitely recommend Splashes for EVERYTHING!
The only place I will go! I've been going here for the last 3 years for carwashes, oil changes and even my state inspection. The guys in the lube are fantastic and the carwash is always great even when it's the free one with the oil change. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
Never again First and last time and this joke of a car wash. Lousy interior job, lousy exterior job. Total waste of time and money. Left dog hair all over the carpet and rest of the interior. Bugs left on windows and bumpers. Terrible...
Took my mother’s car in for an oil change. Told them I just wanted a basic oil change. He said the full service comes with a car wash. Told him I didn’t want the car wash. Just a basic oil change. Well, they completely ignored me and charged me for a full service oil change. I argued with two employees about it and got no where! I paid it and left in frustration! Do not get your oil changed here!
