Took my mother’s car in for an oil change. Told them I just wanted a basic oil change. He said the full service comes with a car wash. Told him I didn’t want the car wash. Just a basic oil change. Well, they completely ignored me and charged me for a full service oil change. I argued with two employees about it and got no where! I paid it and left in frustration! Do not get your oil changed here!
I told them I would be impressed if they could get my stained leather seats clean. The manager assured me he would take care of it. I was not only impressed, but shocked. The truck looks better than new. Amazing people and fantastic service. Thank you so much.
Amazing customer service. I hadn't been here for a couple of years, and had forgotten what a great place this is. Yes, I came in while it was raining and they were actually closed, but the manager made sure I was taken care of.
I have had nothing but good experiences there but I am retired and don't have a problem with waiting now and then.
