The customer service was remarkable. Even after I had to change things after the design team did their work, everything was completed over night and communication was constant. I recommend this company to anyone wanting durable promotional materials!

This is our second time using Splash Tents they were so good! Their customer service goes above and beyond and that alone won our organization (HeartSupport) over. When we received our tent, flags, and covers we were completely impressed with the speed and quality with which it was produced. If you want to waste money and get a shoddy looking tent then go somewhere else, otherwise, don't look elsewhere for competitive pricing and a company that cares about it's customers!

Splash Tents is a VERY competitive and professional company. Zohra was an excellent customer service representative! Our group desperately needed a tent and had been working with a company that our Coach had been ordering other items from but they kept us waiting for over five weeks and we still had no art work! Zohra and Splash Tents did an awesome job on our project. We needed 2 branded tents for company events and tailgate parties, they gave us a great design and it was produced fast and with great detail. The quality of the print and the tent are the best I have seen, the fabric is heavy duty and the print stands out so everyone can see us. They did a great job at matching our company colors and we could not be happier.

This is the first time that I've worked with Splash Tents. We ordered six tents for the Children's Museum of Phoenix. They are beautiful! Splash Tents was so easy to work with, very helpful, very fast, and extremely responsive to new ideas and/or concerns. Zhora was awesome from beginning to end. Her customer service was exceptional. The outcome of the tent was exactly what we wanted and then some.
