Terrible! My Boyfrend went through with his Ford truck and apparently it was too big. The thing scraped up the back and side of his truck then just stopped working so we had to manually open the garage door to get out and then automatically wash the truck
The automatic car wash soaped my car then just shut down. I waited several minutes. Decided to pull out and around to the manual was to rinse off the soap, and the machine started moving and scratched my front bumper. The phone number is a fax line. I left a note. Maybe my insurance company will know how to get ahold of them.
I wish there was an option to give 0 stars. The automatic car wash was broken but still took my money. I tried to call the number to let them know that they owed me money and it is a fax number. I had to drive all they way to Altoona to get my car wash Ed because I received a little bit of soap on my car and that was it. DO NOT GO HERE! I would recommend Laserwash in Altoona on 34th
I use this car wash pretty exclusively. I use the automatic and it works quite well.
Lights don't all work to let you know what stage/when to leave, dryer barely blew anything around and was only half working, dryer timer wasn't on/working to let us know how much time was left. Disappointed to say the least. �
I paid cash in the auto wash it did not give me change my car it didn't give me the wash I chose the car is still dirty and the air dry didn't work. No attendant I called several times and the phone just rings no one answered no voice mail. I just spent (lost) $10.00. Never go here again
The automatic car wash ripped me off in both bays! Sprays for a couple seconds and shuts off. It did it to the gentleman before me. No one answers the phone. This place needs shut down. All the reviews on google and Facebook are terrible. People are going to continue to get ripped off on this nice day, while they steal everyone's money!!! $14 wasted.
