If I could give Christine 0 stars, I definitely would! I booked her for a conditioning treatment (which she accepted and confirmed) and arrived 10 min early to my appointment. She never showed up. The other stylist was kind, and texted her for me, only to reveal that she was out of town for the whole day. The stylist asked me to call her for rescheduling. I did and despite having to drive across town and waste most of my morning, she wouldn’t budge for a discount given the inconvenience. Poor customer service at its finest! ... read more
