Had my car washed and interior detail today. Not one single employee was wearing a mask even thought there is a mask mandate in Rogers. 6 employees were inside my vehicle cleaning and detailing it breathing and sweating without a mask from start to finish. I had to then go back over the entire inside of the car to disinfect it after I paid to have it cleaned. I will not return until they require employees to wear masks while working in people’s cars!
I went to the location in Rogers, AR dropped my car off for an oil change and detail cleaning. I wasn’t notified when my car was done. When I went to pick my car up a necklace hanging from the rear view mirror was missing. I spent a couple of hours waiting for the manager (who was great) to look through the video footage. Only to find out my car was parked where there are no cameras. Got my tire rotation done here, and they decided to over torque my lug nuts and had all the lugs break off while on the interstate and almost ended in a horrible situation! But because my tires was rotated last year that it’s not their fault because it would’ve happened a month after them doing it if that was the case!

They do an excellent job cleaning our vehicles here but they need signs and better organization on how to put our car in the detail line and when to get out of the vehicle. Everytime they get frustrated because I don't put the vehicle in the right spot but there is absolutely no way of knowing how or what they want us to do after the car wash part.

Car wash was decent for automatic car wash reached my expectations. Paid extra for interior clean, interior shine, and leather shine which really disappointed me. Received a half job I feel, I understand to get people out in a reasonable time but they didn’t bother to remove floor mats to vacuum, didn’t vacuum back of seats had debris still on it. This was my first time to Splash and I was SUPER impressed. I had a little trouble at the main screen and an attendant noticed (I didn't have to flag him down) and basically ran to me to help! Great Job! Now we need one in Washington County! 😁
