Wish I could give 0 stars. My car was damaged by this car wash. The hood and roof of my car have thousands of scratches in two bands from front to back. Six places in all. It has even sliced right through the clear coat. The thousands of scratches have spread, the clear coat continues to bubble and peel and the damage has tripled in area size. My car is destroyed from this car wash. I've never seen such a thing. Stay away!
Picked up my car, got home and started to look at how clean everything was since i paid $125 for interior detailing. It was disgusting! Had to clean the cup holders, door pockets, console, and even had to vacuum the console myself. They didn't even attempt it! The carpets looked clean but that was it. The console in the trunk was the most disgusting. I have pics. Hope i can post them. I called and spoke to the manager and he said he had to talk to the owner. I left my number for the owner. No call back. Beware!
These guys suck. Nice tunnel and access to free vacuums, but all of their add-on services are awful.
Don't waste your money. After seeing reviews for Splash car washes and noting they were frequently voted 'Best in New Haven' or Hartford I decided to try it. I drove from Meriden to Cromwell as I had another errand to run there. I got The Works for $18.00 and had the interior done for $10.00 more. In short, terrible. Exterior was just ok. Much better at Class Act auto wash in Meriden for the same price. Interior was terrible. Vacuuming was ok. Windows almost as streaky as when I went in. My expensive sunglasses were stolen in that place when they were cleaning the interior. the manger( Sam) told me that he will investigate . I called him twice but he never call me back.
Hand helds are useless with ice cold water... Auto wash vastly improved with new machinery... heat up the water in the hand held bays and I'd give a 5. New competition coming so I think you should and advertise it. Cold water in the hand helds is a waste of money and a ripoff!
