I came to do a super on my car is no other costumer in here and the manager tell me they can’t do it till midday tree person working here and I can have my car done
printed my $5 express wash coupon from face book went to the car wash and the machine said it was expired .hit the help button no one came out . had to back out of the one way driveway as i was not going to be tricked into buying the full price wash. wont be back

Scratched the hell out of my car that I bought 2 weeks ago. Somehow gouged the glass on my passenger window. Spoke to the manager and they won’t take any responsibility for the damages. It scratched the whole side of the car as well. Spoke with other people and they told me they knew people who had the same thing happen to them and they just deny it. HORRIBLE JOB ! I EVEN PURCHASED THE TOP WASH AND WAX FOR $19.00 !!! ACTUALLY $21.10 WITH TAX ! WHAT A RIP OFF ! Took my new car through the wash , the car wash pulled and dislodged my windshield wiper , the manager tried fixing it he couldn't so I had to go to the dealership in the middle of the day and wait to get it fixed , they didn't even refund the $20 car wash that I got , I'll never be back and you shouldn't go either .
When it was classic car wash it was my favorite. Since it has become splash, it's basically cleaner but doesn't do a great job. Today a man tried to tell me he would fix the dings in my windshield at no cost to me, my insurance would pay for it, well, 3 of the 4 dings. He only looked at and marked the windshield right in my line of sight. Per the mechanic I stopped at after what needed repair? I did a survey and waiting to see if they respond. I'll be finding a new carwash
