5 stars Brought in my 2015 Chevy Equinox today for outside detailing . Boy was I surprised when I went back to pick it up. It had many minor scratches all around since I had purchased it and now after the detailing they were gone. I had bought all kinds of different products claiming to remove these scratches and nothing worked. Jack did a wonderful job. Vehicle looks spectacular. I noticed the back of my car was not fully clean. Without hesitation the manager said to go through again. Much appreciated. Their vacuum are so nice! Nice not to have to fuss to find quarters!

Asked to cancel my membership months ago. Trusted them that they would do it correctly. Only to find out that they have continued to charge me for months. Spoke to a supervisor, still no cancellation. Worst customer service ever.
