I had my first experience with Splash and Dash 3 days ago. I was very specific with what I wanted. I said please do not cut my dogs curls or shave her. She was completely shaved and gapped up all over!!! I’ve never seen a more unacceptable job in my life. I was given my dog like nothing was wrong. Her nails were not cut as I was told they would be. After a bill of 115 for my puppy’s first grooming, they forgot to trim her nails. When I took her back, the owner clipped them without filing and said there will be an extra charge for filing. They insisted on keeping the puppy for four hours even though this was her first time at a groomer. Poor thing was absolutely terrified and shaking like a leaf when I took her back the next day to get her nails trimmed. There was absolutely no personal touch. RecommendedSplash and Dash always takes such great care of our puppies when they are ready for a wash and trim. We appreciate their great service!!
Pretty disappointed! First time getting our dog groomed, anywhere, and they shaved her chest so close that it’s red and tender. (I usually bath and shave her myself; never shaved her to where she’s red and tender.) I totally get dogs move, but I don’t understand how this could happen. Not planning to go back. :(

RecommendedTook our 14 yr old arthritic & deaf Aussie there today. She was a complete matted mess as she lays around most of the day & developed terrible matts on her hips. They spruced her up, brushed her teeth, gave her a nice trim & we could not be more pleased. She was very well cared for when she came out and they were very patient with her as she hobbled to and fro. Thank you for taking such great care of our sweetheart & we’ll be back in 2 weeks!
Check your dogs stomachs for clipper burns!!!!! They let the clippers get too hot and dogs have been coming back burned
