After a bill of 115 for my puppy’s first grooming, they forgot to trim her nails. When I took her back, the owner clipped them without filing and said there will be an extra charge for filing. They insisted on keeping the puppy for four hours even though this was her first time at a groomer. Poor thing was absolutely terrified and shaking like a leaf when I took her back the next day to get her nails trimmed. There was absolutely no personal touch. I been bringing my dog here since he was a puppy and we absolutely love it. They do a great job on grooming and it’s very clean.
Splash and Dash does a wonderful job with the grooming of my dog. The staff is very friendly and professional, they treat my prince like royalty.
Chauncey loves coming here and they always do a great job! Staff is great!!!
Love this place. The people are amazing as well. I really enjoy coming to this place and they take care of my dog. I will continue to come here and not go any where else.
