After a bill of 115 for my puppy’s first grooming, they forgot to trim her nails. When I took her back, the owner clipped them without filing and said there will be an extra charge for filing. They insisted on keeping the puppy for four hours even though this was her first time at a groomer. Poor thing was absolutely terrified and shaking like a leaf when I took her back the next day to get her nails trimmed. There was absolutely no personal touch.
