Dog returned to us with severe rash and cuts to his scrotal area. Obviously skin was clipped, not just hair. We were not notified and when we called to report the injury, no apology was offered, just the excuse that the groomer probably was unaware the skin had been cut. After paying for the grooming, tip, and vet bill , this was most expensive grooming we have ever had! Also, our dog developed an allergy to the shampoo or fragrances used, so he has been quite miserable for the past six days.

RecommendedTook my pups their Thursday for the 1st time. They were done in 2hrs which is great because I know my pups don't like getting groomed and are usually pretty squeamish. They look great. Will definitely be bringing them back.
