I THOUGHT....I was being treated right....at first. They did not resolve my issues, I had to continue making repairs at another dealer. I i left the dealership and it broke down on the way home. I was charged cash,no claim no explanation. I spent nearly one thousand dollars no results. I do not recommend this shop. Not professional at all. So disappointed. Be warned . Lac,jlc
I have reached out to the sales team via their AI Chatbot twice and apparently their returns emails ended up in my SPAM folder. I undeservingly gave Spitzer a two-star rating because of my SPAM folder. I am now changing it to five stars because once I was in contact with Tyler Hamm in the sales team, we quickly made a deal on a car and he quickly responded to texts and emails.
