Our 2021 Kia's transmission went out with 51,000 miles and the warrenty expired earlier this year. While Kia North America and the regional service manager were unhelpful; service representative Linda Briggs was absolutely amazing working diligently to help us get our vehicle fixed and helping us find our extended warranty and get our vehicle back in good working order. If you want a service rep who will go above and beyond Linda Briggs is amazing.
