Came here to look at a car and it almost feels like my salesman didn’t even try! I didn’t get approved for the car I wanted and he didn’t tell me that at first, instead started showing me other cars I WASNT interested in… when I finally found out I wasn’t approved I didn’t get an explanation. I felt so stupid and like no one even tried. Long story short, went to ANOTHER dealer that wasn’t this one and my salesman got me approved for the car I wanted!!! Ron is a good sales person
We bought a 2025 Ram 1500 and Anthony was wonderful! Then it wouldn't start and they shipped it to their shop. Had an "Engineer" look at it- once - he couldn't figure it out. The tech said the engine was locked up and metal shavings in the oil. They did the least amount possible in the 45 days they had it and sent it to another shop. The other shop had it figured out in a week -it was a module in the transmission the engine is not locked up.
