Arleen Robles at Spitzer Kia did a terrific job helping me to choose my new car. I was able to drive every different trim level in order to decide which features were most important to me. She even let me drive to the overflow lot to take a second look at a car I initially decided against. Been a Kia customer since 2011. Owned 3 Kia Souls during that time. Under the new ownership this latest oil change not only include the standard car wash but a showroom clean windshield inside the car. Jay Kreighbaum in the service department was very courteous and did a good job making sure my oil change and inatallation of new wipers went smoothly.
Mike Rosado was extremely helpful, he answered my questions, I got the car I wanted, and it didn't take all day either!
Brent, was friendly, professional, and clearly explained to me, what would be done to my vehicle, how long it would take, showed me. to the waiting area , let me know there were refreshments available. Thank you Mr Brent Adkins.
My experience with Kia has always been pleasant and down right awesome. Brent Adkins actually made it just as good as the first time. Which seems to make me happy to go back.
