Purchased my k5 from Stephan Donat he made the process very enjoyable I am thrilled with my new vehicle and the service this dealership and salesman provided I shopped around and Spitzer and Stephan beat all, no need to shop around next time I found my Kia dealership and salesman of choice!

Took my car in for the first oil change and Melissa Myers provided great customer service, escorted me to a waiting room, offered refreshments, and kept me informed throughout my wait. She did an outstanding job making my sure my car was serviced, and returned my car cleaner inside, and out than when I arrived.

Stephen Donat was my sales guy and he showed me nothing but respect and attention through it all! While training a new person! The atmosphere was great I recieved lots of information and every question I asked got an answer! Would definitely recommend Spitzer and Stephen to my family & friends! Please speak with Mary for all of your Kia needs. She was phenomenal. She was kind, courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful. She was able to answer all of the questions my wife and I had.
