The internet connection is with a call center in Ohio. They never acknowledge that fact, but act as though they are at the physical dealer site. I only received this information when I was contacted by the general manager regarding my requests for further information. The call center staff kept trying to get me to go to the dealership for an appraisal of my vehicle.
