I called and scheduled an appointment to test drive my car. The woman on the phone confirmed that the car would be available for the time I scheduled. I drove an hour and a half to the dealership and the car was not available.

I bought the car for my son a Marine. Lied to about trade in value and used car sales manager was extremely rude. If I was buying the car for myself I would've walked out and never returned. Shady practices and lies.They promised 200 dollars more in trade in but when paperwork was presented in finance office it was different by that time I was exhausted and that was what they were hoping for.

My overall experience was Great!!
Overall the experience was good. Could’ve been much better. I almost walked out on making the deal. The GM told me that all the preparation work I did in advance using online tools, i.e, Car Gurus, CARFAX, & Capital One for the deal were pointless. In fact, the deal online did not match the deal I made. Salesman & Finance guys were fabulous. Just the deal process wasn’t up to par. But, maybe my expectations were too far ahead of the game.

information provided by dealer was helpful and accurate. Did not have any interest in buying other vehicles on their lot at this time.
