Really enjoyed restorative yoga on Sunday evening. Will definitely come back this coming Sunday! Looking forward to coming in this evening if you still are having class between 7-8pm.
I enjoying playing the crystal/tibetan bowls at this beautiful center because of the calmness, great energy, and the serenity that the center offers ... the instructors are fabulous as well as the venue .. i will be back !
I spent my first time practicing yoga in the midst of the most amazing women. Very patient with my lack of understanding and made me feel so comfortable that I actually forgot the negative thought process of even trying when I came in. Thank you, you have made me a believer of the calmness and serenity yoga brings. Can't wait to see you all on Thursday!!!
