I was a little nervous being a newby.. but I wanted to go to support Beverly... and she made it sooo comfortable .. relaxing.. enjoyable... thank you for this opportunity... xoxo ♥️ I’ve had a lot of stress lately. Like we all do but this was sooo peaceful.
Non judgemental group of people at this practice!!!! All ages welcome! I’ve never felt more relaxed or welcome then o do at this studio. All levels of yoga practice welcome. The studio is perfect atmosphere for meditation and reflection.

Very nice teachers especially with beginners such as myself!! Denny and Chris were my teachers Tuesday and today and both were very informative and nice! Today was a trial run? For Chris. She was very kind to me as I told her I have anxiety issues. She made me feel very comfortable! I think she will be an asset to this group and look forward to taking more classes here!!

This is an amazing studio with classes from beginner to advanced, young and old all welcome. The teachers are very knowledgeable. Summer months they offer yoga on the beach for a very unique experience in Ocean gate. 🕉 I highly recommend.
Best yoga center I have ever been to. Teachers and warm and inviting and the ladies I have met there are like family. I especially like going to the Ocean Gate beach to relax and do some yoga by the water
