Everything a Yoga Studio should be! Strong and experienced instructors, great class schedule and beautiful peaceful studio. Have just started Yoga but I have enjoyed and benefited from every class and instructor! I have taken many classes at the studio as well as the Beach Yoga class at Oceans Gate -all were fantastic. I also took the Runners/Walkers Workshop with Tracy and Dani- wonderful experience- instructional, informative and fun! I would recommend Spiritual Journey Wellness Ctr!
I had the beginner class. The teacher Ellen made it very easy to understand. Very relaxed and comfortable environment. Definitely recommend to any guy or girl.
The teachers are wonderful and the environment is majestic in a compact little area.
I took a great class today. Yin yang. Faith taught it. It was awsome. You have to come check it out. I love this yoga studio!���🕉
It was karma that sent me to Spiritual Journey having recently moved to Lacey Township. I am sensitive to energy and the spiritual energy shared in that space is divine communion. Having a lifelong passion with spirituality and movement, the practice of YOGA, is my life blood, my medicine. The positive effect on my body is secondary, a buy product of the practice of trancendance (puja). I have to say, I absolutely love this place. Jen C is a fantastic teacher. I've been going to her classes on the beach in Ocean Gate. I cannot wait to continue my yoga practice with Spiritual Journey Wellness Center.
