This is by far the most amazing yoga studio. You walk in and can instantly feel the positive energy. There is no judgement here whether you have never done yoga before or have a strong practice every body gets a warm welcome and a perfect Yoga experience.
The people here are so welcoming. I love the feeling of acceptance. They introduced me to yoga, and it has already put a change in my life. I am more positive and open minded.

Ellen has such a calm and gentle spirit..I've done yoga numerous times but, I have to say, it is so much more enjoyable with Ellen. She has such a kind heart!!
